Earthlights,Dragons, UFOs … Psychological Warfare, can they all be the same thing?

Ex CIA Director Walter B. Smith wrote this internal memo in 1952. It speaks for itself really.

But what doesn’t speak for itself is the difference between natural phenomena and man-made technology. Let’s go back to the start.
Tectonic strains within major earthquake fault lines have been the cause of strange lights in the sky. That is, lights from within the earth’s core that is fired out into the atmosphere. But we don’t live in hotspot areas such as the US, Norway or Australia to see this.
Operation Photoflash also keeps coming back into the equation. Could it be that there were about 10+ military planes circulating the North Wales regions firing flares during the night in January 1974? It is possible... but we think not.
Throughout history UFO sightings has been used as a cover up for testing secret military equipment. This was evident during World War 2 with the Nazi war machine, and in the 60s and 70s when the Soviet Union emerged as a major power in the weapons race against the Americans.
My question to you is this. Can the official explanation of the earthquake story be a cover-up? We are not in a region that experiences many earthquakes, and we are nowhere near major or even minor fault lines to have such large scale ground movement.
This is where Scalar Electromagnetic (SEM) weapons comes into the fold. Crazy as it may seem.
Scalar technology emerged in the height of the Cold War in the 60s.This was at a time when the KGB controlled the development of Scalar experiments under a certain ‘Soviet Energetics Program’. A program underway to develop a weapon deadlier than that of an atomic bomb.

President Khrushchev of the Soviet Union made a massive statement during a United Nations summit in the 60s. He said that if the world was to fail in its nuclear disbarment – the Soviet Union would introduce a weapon more powerful than nuclear.
A guy banging his shoe in anger on the desk surely would not hold back in sending weapons testing missions over to the UK, and to North Wales, would he? And the sightings of bright spheres of light are a trademark phenomenon upon the use of SEM weapons. This is the connection we propose.
So this begs the question: Was the military on edge on the night back in 1974? They had every right to be with Electromagnetic high on the agenda. And since that convoy of military vehicles was seen coming through into North Wales that night, surely they authorities knew that there was a foreign threat.
CIA Director Walter B. Smith saw this threat. President Khrushchev of the Soviet Union warned the world. - Mulder is abducted by aliens every week! Certainly anything is possible in this topic. We have even experienced a SEM disturbance to our car during an expedition in Snowdonia!
After all, we know only too well that over the years there has been many plane wreckages retrieved over the Berwyn mountains, least of all a certain advanced radio device that was traced back to be of Russian origin.
So looking over the waters to the east at the old Soviet Union isn’t a bad idea after all to find the answers to the Berwyn Mountain UFO puzzle does it? The truth is out there.
